Philta Eyecare provides professional eye care services including but not limited to:

• Comprehensive eye examinations
• Vision testing and refraction
• Glaucoma screening and management
• OCT retinal imaging and diagnostics
• Visual field testing
• Dry eye treatment
• Contact lens fitting and sales
• Prescription eyewear and optical retail
• DVLA eye testing
• Corporate vision programs

Appointments & Scheduling

Booking

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person at any of our clinic locations. Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in cancellation fees or restrictions on future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment to ensure quality care for all patients.

Payment & Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept:

• Cash payments
• Mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
• Credit and debit cards
• Insurance (NHIS and approved private insurers)

For insurance patients, please bring your valid insurance card to each appointment. You are responsible for any services not covered by your insurance plan.

In case of an eye emergency, please contact our clinic immediately or visit the nearest emergency room.

Patient Responsibilities

• Keep scheduled appointments or provide timely notice of cancellation
